I always thought that "positive discrimination" is a very big stupid idea. Giving advantages to some implies negatively discriminating the others. The solution to giving women equal chances, rights and duties with men lies elsewhere.

We have to stop accepting male behavior and male choices as the default and the ideal.
We have to properly focus on how we can help all people (man or female) have healthy, happy, productive lives, valuing the people they love as much as the success they seek.
